Shipping Rules
Economy and Ground Shipments
Delivers Monday through Friday for UPS and FEDEX with USPS delivering through Saturday. Time of delivery depends on the carrier and state of the delivery as well as any delays or closures from the shipping company.
*Please note that the shipping option chosen at Check Out may show as UPS, but shipments may go through USPS, FEDEX, or UPS depending on the cost at the time of shipping. UPS' website is the easiest to pull cost from so that is what is used for general shipping charges.
Free Shipping
FREE shipping is only available for the contiguous (lower) 48 states and is shipped either economy or ground service. Expedited shipping is not part of the FREE Shipping Option.
FREE shipping does have exclusions for OS1 and OS2 items (oversize per FedEx and UPS).
Axles are the most common for these exclusions. Most all the axles on our site excluding the 95” Utility Axle will have a fixed rate shipping cost ranging from $25 to $40. Any axle with a hub face over 95” may be charged a fixed rate shipping cost of $100 due to the shipping charges FEDEX and UPS charge.
Express or Air Orders
Express or Air orders must be placed prior to 11 pm CST to ship the same day (non-fabricated items only). Some items will be excluded from EXPEDITED shipments as they ship from a separate warehouse. At times CT Industries may suspend Express or Air Shipping options as they see fit.
If the order is placed after 11 pm CST then that day will not count as a shipping day as the order did not leave the warehouse since it missed the cut off time. The next day would be counted as the first day of shipment. Express/ Air shipment days are counted by the days they are in the FedEx system moving through facilities. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as valid moving days through the major shipping systems.
Canadian Shipments
Shipping fees quoted or charged DO NOT include all brokerage fees, duties, or taxes. These fees are due directly to the shipping company and must be paid by the customer. All prices on the site are USD and your credit card company will convert for the exchange.
International Shipping
We will ship orders through the US Postal service for international shipments. Please note that additional credit card fees may apply for international shipments and those orders must be placed through email at cttrailerparts@gmail.com

Priority Next Day delivers by 4:30pm the following day from the shipment date (See expedited order information for cut off times)
Second Day delivers by 8:00pm the following day from the shipment date (See expedite order information for cut off times)
Express Saver delivers by 8:00pm the following day from the shipment date (See expedite order information for cut off times)
Ground & Home delivery ranging from 2-7 business days (Depends on delivery state)
