    Please be aware that expedited orders must be placed no later than 12 pm CST in order to ship out the same day

    International Shipping

    International Orders May Be Placed Online. A Sales Representative will contact you on the correct shipping charges.

    Merchandise Returns and Cancelled Orders

    All returns require a return authorization number for a credit to be issued and the customer is responsible for all shipping cost.  If an order is cancelled after it is placed online a restock fee will be applied for those orders where product has been pulled from stock and packaged.

    Items that have been installed or damaged cannot be returned. If items are returned damaged a credit will not be issued and the customer will be responsible for the cost of getting the items back to them.

    No returns allowed for cut metal, axles, or electrical components.

    Parts returned within 30 days will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

    Parts returned after between 31-60 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

    Please note that returns could take up to 15 days to process from the date Champion received the returned product

    NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED AFTER 60 DAYS - NO EXCEPTIONS

    Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.

    Proof of purchase must accompany your return . Send a copy of your original invoice with the returned goods.

    DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
    [ 1 ] All shipments from Champion Trailers are carefully packed and shipped, however if damage occurs to your package proceed as follows.
    [ A ] Notify the CARRIER immediately of any external damage to packaging.
    [ B ] Examine the contents of your package for damage, at the time of delivery. If contents are damaged notify the CARRIER immediately. DAMAGED GOODS REQUIRE SHIPPER NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO RETURN OF GOODS.

    Please verify the content of your order immediately. You must report any shortages or discrepancies in your order within 36 hours of delivery or you will be required to purchase replacement merchandise.
