WARRANTIES

All merchandise on this site, and in our hard copy catalog, is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not necessarily by Champion Trailers.

If a product requires repair, contact the MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY for information on warranty requirements.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

[ 1 ] All returns MUST be made within 30 days of shipment .

[ 2 ] Call for a return authorization number. You MUST HAVE an "R.A." number before the product is returned .

[ 3 ] Parts that are installed and then removed cannot be returned and will not be credited for refund.

[ 4 ] Proof of purchase must accompany your return . Send a copy of your original invoice with the returned goods .

[ 5 ] There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned goods .

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

[ 1 ] All shipments from Champion Trailers are carefully packed and shipped, however if damage occurs to your package proceed as follows.

[ A ] Notify the CARRIER immediately of any external damage to packaging.

[ B ] Examine the contents of your package for damage, at the time of delivery. If contents are damaged notify the CARRIER immediately.

DAMAGED GOODS REQUIRE SHIPPER NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO
RETURN OF GOODS.

The information below is intended to give you an estimation of your delivery charges. These rates include packaging, shipping and handling for UPS Ground and are subject to change without notice.

• Use the first 3 digits of your zip code and locate them in the zip code/zone chart below to determine your shipping zone.(i.e.: 70445 = zone 3).
  
  
• These zip codes are for the 48 US contingious states only. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included here and ship UPS next day air or second day air or PARCEL POST.
  
  

Parcel Post shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO addresses require hand delivery by our staff from our warehouse to the Post Office and will incur a $10.00 extra handling charge.

Match the total shipping weight of your order to the weight chart in your shipping zone. EXAMPLE: If your shipping weight is 50# and your zone is Zone 6, your shipping cost is $19.57.
