MERCHANDISE RETURNS

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FOR A CREDIT TO BE ISSUED AND THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COST. SHIPPING IS A NONREFUNDABLE ITEM.

ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED OR DAMAGED CANNOT BE RETURNED. IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED DAMAGED A CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF GETTING THE ITEMS BACK TO THEM.

NO RETURNS ALLOWED FOR CUT METAL ITEMS OR AXLES

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO THE RESTOCK FEES LISTED BELOW:

60 DAYS -- 20%

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

[ 1 ] All shipments from Champion Trailers are carefully packed and shipped, however if damage occurs to your package proceed as follows.

[ A ] Notify the CARRIER immediately of any external damage to packaging.

[ B ] Examine the contents of your package for damage, at the time of delivery. If contents are damaged notify the CARRIER immediately.

DAMAGED GOODS REQUIRE SHIPPER NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO
RETURN OF GOODS.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

The information below is intended to give you an estimation of your delivery charges. These rates include packaging, shipping and handling for UPS Ground and are subject to change without notice.

• Use the first 3 digits of your zip code and locate them in the zip code/zone chart below to determine your shipping zone.(i.e.: 70445 = zone 3).
  
  
• These zip codes are for the 48 US contiguous states only. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included here and ship UPS next day air or second day air or PRIORITY MAIL.
  
  

Priority Mail shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO addresses require hand delivery by our staff from our warehouse to the Post Office and will incur a $10.00 extra handling charge.


International orders are now available to all UPS shipping destinations. All international orders will incur an additional $15.00 handling charge.

Match the total shipping weight of your order to the weight chart in your shipping zone. EXAMPLE: If your shipping weight is 50# and your zone is Zone 6, your shipping cost is $19.57.
